We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. For showroom purchases, we also offer installment plans through partner banks.
How long does delivery take within the Philippines?
Standard delivery for Metro Manila and Cebu takes 3-7 business days. For provincial areas, please allow 7-14 business days depending on the item's availability and your location.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Yes, we provide free assembly services for most furniture items delivered within our standard service areas. Please ensure the space is cleared before our team arrives.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are found to have manufacturing defects. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the official receipt.
Can I customize the size of my mattress or sofa?
Yes, Mandaue Foam specializes in custom orders. You can request specific dimensions for select foam and spring mattresses, as well as choose from various fabric options for our made-to-order sofas.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Our mattresses come with a limited warranty ranging from 2 to 15 years, depending on the model. Furniture items typically carry a 6-month warranty against structural defects.
